Honda and Harleys pull out Uploaded by motorcycledirectory, found in News
In a shocking move it seems that Honda, Harley Davidson ANDÂ Buell are pulling out of the Carole Nash International Motorcycle and Scooter Show at the NEC in Birmingham. The move marks a change to a more 'multi location comsumer program' focus, meaning the manufacturers are preffering to demonstrate, and provide test rides of their bikes, on a more regional and targeted basis. Marketing Manager for Harley Davidson, Greg Willis, said 'Our main focus is to get motorcyclists onto our bikes so that they can expreience Harley Davidson and Buell for themselves. Our existing plans of taking motorcycles to a variety of locations throughout the UK and providing demo rides on a large scale, seem to be working for us this year and are paying off in terms of sales and attracting new people to the brands'
