Uploaded by Raids, found in Blogs

D2. Casablanca-Fes 260 km: The official starting point of the tour is the Golden Tulip Hotel in Casablanca. The first part the tour will lead us past the Imperial city Meknes on a picturesque country road to Fés, the cultural capital of Morocco. Fés is famous for its old Medina “Fés-el-Bali” (World Cultural Heritage Site) with its narrow and windy alleyways and bazaars (souks).

D3. Fés – Merzouga 480 km: After a spectacular ride over the Atlas Mountains towards Er-Rachidia with various highlights like the” Ziz-gorges”, turquoise lakes, invigorating oasis’ and ancient Kasbahs we will reach Merzouga with its huge and impressive sand dune “Erg Chebbi”. Here one can switch the Harley shortly for one of the charming camels and ride into the endless Sahara.

D4. Merzouga -  Ouarzazate 390 km:  The tour continues West through the endless desert landscape (only asphalt road) towards the High Atlas, passing the exhilarating countryside with palm trees and rose valleys. Near Tineghir we visit the wild Todra gorge with its awesome overhanging rockface (up to 300m high). We continue our way to Ourzazate, where the valleys of Dades and Draa meet the Atlas Mountains. We reach the striking Kasbah “Ait Benhaddou” – world famous because of numerous feature film productions (Lawrence of Arabia, Jesus of Nazareth, Gladiator, Kingdom of Heaven, Sahara, etc.)

D5. Ourzazate - Marrakesh 230 km: On the way to Marrakesh we ride along the Tiz-n-Tichka road passing the breathtaking landscape of the Atlas Mountains. The Imperial city Marrakesh, also known as  „Red City“, impresses with its exotic flair, the biggest souk of the South and the gigantic square in the medina „Djemaa el-Fna“ (World Heritage Site, UNESCO), one of the biggest spectacles in the world. The atmosphere is filled with countless exotic fragrances, oriental sounds and the voices of merchants and storytellers.

D6. Marrakesh: On our rest day in Marrakesh there will be plenty of time to hang out and relax at the hotel pool, or explore the beautiful city, visit the Medina or sights, whatever the biker’s heart desires.

D7. Marrakesh – Agadir 260 km: Our ride continues from Marrakesh through amazing unspoiled scenery with magnificent views until we reach the Atlantic Ocean. The buzzing city Agadir is located on a wide sandy bay on the Atlantic, perfect to relax on the beach with a cold beer. It offers extensive boardwalks with plenty of beach bars, cafés, International restaurants, clubs, etc.

D8. Agadir – Essaouira 194 km: After our chill out time on the beach we carry on along the coast road with fantastic views onto the endless Atlantic Ocean passing berber villages on the way to Essaouira. Essaouira has an impressive coastline, with a laid-back atmosphere and an artistic flair. Many artists have found their inspiration here, like Jimi Hendrix. He used to write some of his songs on his estate in this charismatic town.

D9. Essaouira - Casablanca 350 km: The following day we continue our ride along the majestic coastline with more incredible views on wide sandy beaches until we get to Oualidia, famous for its exquisite oysters. We will stop here for a delicious lunch on the seafront. Then we continue our way enjoying the seascape on the back of our Harleys until we get to the dazzling, modern metropolis This cosmopolitan city has lots to offer: beach clubs, trendy bars, cafés, lounges, International live music, etc.

D9/10. Casablanca: The closing night takes place at the Golden Tulip Hotel Casablanca with ROCK- live music, grand belly dance show and tombola with attractive prizes.
The next day: Return journey. (airport/harbour)
