Actually the name Gary "The Local Brush" comes from the Hot Rod and Hi Performance Car magazines of the 1960s. Numerous articles have written about my art work and it has graced the cover of more than 30 national car and motorcycle magazine publications since the mid-sixties. The most recent covers; Iron Works,(2011) Vette,(2010) Hot Bike and American Bagger(2009). Autoweek magazine wrote a 5- page article on my art & teachings at CAAR.
