My name is Peter and I am the owner and guide for Free Spirit Tours based in Warrington in the North West of England.Our aim is to provide quality 1,2 or 3 day tours for "L" plate and inexperienced riders off the normal tourist routes in North Wales,all accompanied by a RoSPA & IAM advanced rider.
