This term is used in racing - an overtaking motorcyclist 'parks' their motorcycle in front of the racing line used by the other motorcyclist. This describes the act of burning the rear tyre caused by the wheel spinning quickly with the motorcycle stationary. Doing a burnout consists of holding the front brake (hard) and quickly accelerating so that the rear wheel loses grip.
