1. Why should I register?

Here is a short list of the site's features available to registered users only:

• Post in forums, start new threads (coming soon)
• Post comments on articles, videos, photos, motorcycle companies, motorcycle reviews
• Rate articles, videos, photos, motorcycle companies, motorcycle reviews
• Use avatars
• Make all your contributions listed in your profile and credited to your name
• Use private messages (coming soon)
• Be a part of the best motorcycle community (also coming soon!!!)
  

2. How do I change my username?

Basically, you can't. So please think twice when chosing your username. The only way to change your name is to ask webmaster to remove your old account. Please note that all your posts and contributions will be set deleted if you do decide to change. Also please note that having multiple accounts is against our terms of use and you will be banned from the site when we find out about this.

3. How do I unregister?

Please contact us with your username and the reason why are you going to unregister. Don't forget to include your username and email info.

4. I didn't get my activation email?

Please check your "Spam" email folder in case the email is in there. If you're still having account activation problems, please contact us and we'll help out.

5. I can't login?

This problem is also known as "Everytime I log-in, the message says "Thanks for loggin in", but I am still unlogged!" and "I can't access my account." Our website uses cookies to keep you logged on the site. Make sure your browser is set to accept cookies from motorcycledirectory.co.uk. You can do this by changing your browser settings.

6. I've forgotten my password

Please go to the 'login' box (found on every page on the left hand side, half way down) and click on 'password reminder'. If there is no login box, you're logged in!!!

7. I've registered but how do I add a listing?

After registering, please log in. You will be taken to your user area where you will be given the choice of uploading a company listing, videos, photos, reviews and more.

8. How to I Upgrade my account to a Paid Membership?

You can upgrade your account to a Paid Membership and take advantage of all the extras you get!
Log in.
Click "My Account" in the nav bar (left).
Under Manage/Upgrade choose View/Edit.
You will see the "Please Upgrade" drop down below.
